Chicken Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can 10.5 oz, cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 2 cups cooked chicken cubed
  • 1 cup frozen peas keep frozen
  • 1-½ cups shredded colby jack cheese divided
  • 1 bag 32 oz, frozen tater tots, kept frozen

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • In an ovenproof skillet, add soup, milk, sour cream and butter and whisk and cook over medium heat until smooth and hot.
  • Remove from heat and stir in chicken and peas and 1 cup cheese.
  • Spread evenly in the skillet.
  • Top with tater tots.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until tater tots are cooked and center is hot.
  • Sprinkle with remaining cheese and broil for 2 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and serve hot.
