Saint Patrick's Day Chocolate Dipped Oreo Cookies
These Saint Patrick's Day Dipped Oreo Cookies combine the best of both worlds: the crispness of America's favorite dip-in-milk cookie and a little homemade twist.

1 bag Double Stuf Oreo Cookies 1 bag Light Cocoa Wilton Candy Melts 2 tablespoons Crisco or coconut oil to thin candy melts Wilton St. Patrick's Day sprinkles or green and white Jimmies Parchment paper
Melt one bag of Wilton Candy Melts per instructions on package, using double boiler or microwave method.
Stir 2 tablespoons Crisco or coconut oil in melted chocolate until smooth.
Dip Oreos, one at a time, into melted chocolate to cover half of cookie.
Set chocolate covered cookies on parchment paper and top with sprinkles.
Let set to harden on counter, or transfer to fridge for quick set.
