Saint Patrick's Day Chocolate Dipped Oreo Cookies

These Saint Patrick's Day Dipped Oreo Cookies combine the best of both worlds: the crispness of America's favorite dip-in-milk cookie and a little homemade twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Double Stuf Oreo Cookies
  • 1 bag Light Cocoa Wilton Candy Melts
  • 2 tablespoons Crisco or coconut oil to thin candy melts
  • Wilton St. Patrick's Day sprinkles or green and white Jimmies
  • Parchment paper

Instructions

  • Melt one bag of Wilton Candy Melts per instructions on package, using double boiler or microwave method.
  • Stir 2 tablespoons Crisco or coconut oil in melted chocolate until smooth.
  • Dip Oreos, one at a time, into melted chocolate to cover half of cookie.
  • Set chocolate covered cookies on parchment paper and top with sprinkles.
  • Let set to harden on counter, or transfer to fridge for quick set.
