Heat a flat pan over medium heat
Melt the butter on the pan
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk all remaining ingredients together until all lumps are gone
Pour the batter into small circles on the prepared pan
Once the batter is bubbly, after about 2-3 minutes, flip carefully
When the pancake is done, about another 2-3 minutes, remove from the pan
Repeat with remaining batter
Servings: about 10 small pancakes
