  • Preheat oven to 325 and grease a bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, add cake mix, sour cream, oil and eggs and mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool cake for 30 minutes in the pan, then invert onto a serving platter and cool completely before serving.
  • Icing Directions:
  • Add cream cheese and butter in a bowl and beat well to combine. Add powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon milk and beat well. Add additional milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, to adjust the consistency of the icing to spread better.
  • Spread icing onto cake and sprinkle with valentine sprinkles.
