Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

Ingredients

chicken breasts
cubed
½
cup
uncooked wild rice

cup
chopped carrots
¼
cup
chopped onions
2
cans condensed cream of potato soup
1
tablespoon
garlic
2
cups
chicken broth
chopped fresh parsley
optional
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a slow cooker and mix well. Set to low for 7-9 hours. Stir well before serving and top with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
