Slow Cooker Cheesy Garlic Bacon Potatoes

This Slow Cooker Cheesy Garlic Bacon Potatoes Recipe is so good as a nice comfort food side dish! So easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 5 large russet potatoes peeled and cut into 1" cubes
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 4 slices bacon cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  • Spray your slow cooker with a nonstick cooking spray of your choosing. Layer half of the potatoes with the onion, garlic salt, bacon and cheese into the slow cooker.
  • Then, repeat the same process with the remaining layer.
  • Next, drizzle 1 tablespoon of water over the potatoes.
  • Finally, cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3-3-½ hours.

  • Stir before serving.
