5large russet potatoespeeled and cut into 1" cubes
¼cupchopped onion
1teaspoongarlic salt
4slicesbaconcut into small pieces
1cupshredded cheddar cheese
1tablespoonwater
Instructions
Spray your slow cooker with a nonstick cooking spray of your choosing. Layer half of the potatoes with the onion, garlic salt, bacon and cheese into the slow cooker.
Then, repeat the same process with the remaining layer.
Next, drizzle 1 tablespoon of water over the potatoes.
Finally, cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3-3-½ hours.
