Slow Cooker Mac and Cheese Recipe

This Slow Cooker Mac and Cheese Recipe is just so good and it made a ton! It is really great for a crowd or for a potluck.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 12 oz evaporated milk 12 oz can
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 16 oz pasta shells 16 oz package, small shell pasta, uncooked
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup bacon crumbled

Instructions

  • Grease a 4-5 qt. slow cooker with a nonstick cooking spray of your choice.
  • Add the eggs to the crock pot and whisk it very well. Stir in the whole milk, the evaporated milk, flour and salt. Mix again very well. Add the pasta and cheeses and mix well.
  • Cover it and cook it for 3-4 hours, stirring every hour, until pasta is cooked. Serve topped with bacon.
