First, add the oil and bag of vegetables to skillet and cook until no longer frozen.
Then, stir in the flour, seasonings and spices.
Next, add the tomatoes, tomato paste and water and mix very well.
Heat the mixture over medium heat just until it is boiling.
Finally, stir in the shrimp and cover. The you will heat this for an additional 5 minutes, stirring frequently until the shrimp is thoroughly cooked.
Serve it on a bed of brown rice.
