Kiwi Salad

- 2 cups baby spinach fresh, torn
- 2 cups butter lettuce or boston lettuce, torn
- 2 kiwi peeled and sliced thin
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons vanilla yogurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ cup chopped pecans
Add spinach, lettuce and kiwi to a large bowl and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix honey, yogurt, oil and lemon juice. Pour over lettuce mixture and mix well to evenly coat. Sprinkle with pecans.
