Ingredients

  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ranch mix
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup chicken cooked , cut into small cubes
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and cut into small pieces, plus 2 tablespoons for topping
  • 1 tablespoon green onions chopped
  • 2 tomatoes

Instructions

  • Add sour cream, mayonnaise, ranch dressing, mustard, chicken and bacon to a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours so flavors can mingle. Stir well.
  • Remove the top of the tomato and scoop out the seeds and flesh with a spoon. Scoop half of the chicken mixture into each tomato. Top with additional chopped bacon and green onions if desired before serving.
