Instructions
Add sour cream, mayonnaise, ranch dressing, mustard, chicken and bacon to a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours so flavors can mingle. Stir well.
Remove the top of the tomato and scoop out the seeds and flesh with a spoon. Scoop half of the chicken mixture into each tomato. Top with additional chopped bacon and green onions if desired before serving.
