Chocolate-Dipped Berries Easter Carrot Treats Recipe

  • 1 package fresh ripe strawberries (select berries with bit leafy greens at the top)
  • 12 ounces white chocolate dyed orange or candy orange melting wafers
  • 1 box chocolate cake mix


  1. Hand wash and thoroughly dry each strawberry, including the green tops.
  2. Line a large tray or baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Follow the package instructions for melting the chocolate, if needed, add the orange dye at this time.
  4. Dip each strawberry into the chocolate all the way up to the tip of the greens.
  5. Place on the tray to let the chocolate harden, this will happen rather quickly.
