Preheat oven to 375˚.
In a medium bowl cream together Sugar and Butter.
Add Vanilla and Egg beat until well combined
Add Peanut Butter mix until combined.
Add Flour, Salt and Baking Powder. Mix until dough forms.
Roll out on lightly dusted counter or wax paper to about ¼ inch thick. Cut out rounds with a cookie cutter. Dimple the cookies in the center. Place on lightly greased or non-stick cookie sheet.
Bake at 375˚ until they just start to brown on the sides, approximately 10 minutes.
Remove and let cool completely.
In another bowl using an electric mixer beat together the Powdered Sugar, Butter, Hazelnut Spread and milk to make a frosting. If it is too thick add 1 teas. of milk at a time until it reaches desired thickness.
Spoon or pipe desired amount of frosting onto cookies.
