  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Combine the dry ingredients in one bowl and wet in another. Slowly mix the two together and then stir in the blackberries. Stir only until everything is combined, trying not to over mix.
  • Spray your donut pan with nonstick cooking spray and fill each well about ⅔ full, leaving room for the donuts to rise while still keeping the classic donut shape.
  • Bake for about 12 to 14 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool on a rack before enjoying. These will keep nicely for about 3 to 4 days or freeze perfectly to enjoy later.
