Ingredients
- 13.25 oz vanilla cake mix made into cupcakes
- ½ cup unsalted butter softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 7 oz marshmallow cream 7 oz marshmallow cream/fluff
- Valentine sprinkles
- XOXO sprinkles
Instructions
- Beat butter in a mixer for about 30 seconds.
- Add powdered sugar, half a cup at a time and beat well after each addition.
- Beat in vanilla.
- Add marshmallow cream and beat just until combined.
- Place icing into a piping bag fitted with a star tip (Used 2D) and pipe onto prepared cupcakes.
- Add sprinkles.
