Ingredients

  • 3 oz watermelon jello 3 oz size watermelon flavored gelatin
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 cups watermelon seeds and rind removed and cubed in small pieces
  • 16 oz Cool Whip 16oz whipped topping, thawed
  • 6 oz graham cracker crust 9 inch

Instructions

  • In a large microwave safe bowl, add ¼ cup water. Place in the microwave and heat until boiling. Should take about 2 minutes.
  • Remove from microwave and stir in gelatin until dissolved. Let set until cooled to room temperature.
  • Stir in whipped topping and watermelon.
  • Spoon mixture into prepared crust.
  • Refrigerate for 4 hours or until ready to serve.
  • Serves 8.
