- 3 oz watermelon jello 3 oz size watermelon flavored gelatin
- ¼ cup water
- 2 cups watermelon seeds and rind removed and cubed in small pieces
- 16 oz Cool Whip 16oz whipped topping, thawed
- 6 oz graham cracker crust 9 inch
In a large microwave safe bowl, add ¼ cup water. Place in the microwave and heat until boiling. Should take about 2 minutes.
Remove from microwave and stir in gelatin until dissolved. Let set until cooled to room temperature.
Stir in whipped topping and watermelon.
Spoon mixture into prepared crust.
Refrigerate for 4 hours or until ready to serve.
