Pork Chops & Potato Skillet Meal Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups gold potatoes sliced in ⅛" thickness
  • 1 onion sliced into ⅛" thick rings
  • ¾ cup chicken broth

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a skillet on medium heat.Coat each pork chop with flour and season with salt and pepper. Place into skillet and brown on both sides.
  • Sprinkle half of cheese on top of pork and top with potatoes, remaining cheese and onions. Pour broth into skillet.
  • Cover skillet and heat for about 40-45 minutes or until potatoes are done. Serve pork chops with potatoes and onions.
