Chicken Bacon Cranberry Cracker Appetizer Recipe
cooked chicken breast (cut the pieces small, it needs to fit onto a cracker.)
cut dried cranberries
cooked and cooled bacon
cut into small pieces - or try 1-2 Tablespoon of real bacon bits
creamy Caesar dressing
box Triscuit Rosemary & Olive Oil Crackers
baby works best, but tear any size spinach to fit onto cracker or try romaine, cut or torn into small pieces
Combine chicken breast, onions, cranberries, bacon, dressing and honey mustard. Mix well in a dish and refrigerate at least an hour.
Top crackers with spinach pieces and chicken mixture just before serving. (I use my tablespoon scoop to top crackers). Serve immediately.
