Ingredients

  • 2 Cans Crushed Pineapple
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • Cup SPLENDA® Sugar Blend
  • Cups Heavy Whipping Cream

Instructions

  • Drain pineapple from cans into blender, reserve 2 tablespoons juice.
  • Add in SPLENDA® Sugar Blend and lemon juice.
  • Blend the pineapple, lemon juice, SPLENDA® Sugar Blend and reserved pineapple juice until it is super smooth.
  • Pour in container and freeze. (about 1-2 hours)
  • Right before removing frozen pineapple mix, whip heavy cream into soft peaks.
  • Stir the pineapple slushie mixture into the whipped cream and allow to freeze again.
  • Serve when frozen on a hot day!
