Barbecue Pulled Pork Open Faced Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • Smithfield Netted Pork Shoulder Roast
  • Jerk Seasoning Rub
  • Barbecue Sauce
  • Texas Toast

Instructions

  • Place netted pork shoulder roast into a large slow cooker and pour seasoning all over the top. Cover and cook for eight hours on low.
  • Remove from slow cooker, remove the netting and shred the pork with a fork, then toss with barbecue sauce.
  • Pile high on Texas Toast.
