Servings 2 servings
- Tortilla Chips
- Shrimp Small Precooked
- 1 TBS Olive Oil
- Pico de Gallo
- Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- 1 TBS Sriracha Garlic Seasoning
- 1 Avocado Hass is preferred
- 1 Lime
Lightly toss thawed, drained shrimp in about 1 TBS Olive oil. Just enough to coat the shrimp.
Add 1 TBS Sriracha Garlic Seasoning to start, add more for added heat.
Pour into a heated pan. Cook over medium heat until shrimp is warm through. I like mine to brown just a bit for added crunch.
While the shrimp is warming up, pit and peel 1 Hass avocado.
Add juice from half a lime. Salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
Throw all of your favorite fixings on top of the tortilla chips. Top with guac and call dinner served.
