Homemade Shells and Cheese Mug Recipe
This Microwave Shells and Cheese Mug Recipe is an easy dinner recipe for when you are craving easy comfort foods!

- ⅓ C. mini shells
- ½ C. water
- ½ C. shredded cheddar cheese finely shredded or block cheese you shred yourself works best
- 1 tbs. butter
- 2 tbs. milk
- ½ tsp. olive oil
- salt & pepper to taste
Add the mini shells to your mug along with the water and olive oil (prevents the shells from sticking together).
Heat the mug in the microwave for 2 minutes. Stir.
Repeat step two (2) more times, stirring after each round. Be careful in handling, as the mug will get very hot.
Add the butter, milk, shredded cheddar cheese to the mug, stirring to mix all the ingredients together.
Let cool a few minutes, add salt & pepper to taste if you wish and enjoy.
