Ingredients

  • 16 oz velveeta cubed
  • 10 oz rotel drained
  • 1 lb ground beef cooked and drained

Instructions

  • In a skillet, cook hamburger until browned, drain off any fat.
  • Next, add in the velveeta that you’ve cubed. Stir until the cheese has melted.
  • Finally, add in the rotel and stir through.

Notes

Serve with crackers, on rye bread as hanky pankys, with veggies or pita bread!
