Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops 1" thick, boneless
  • ¼ cup parsley dried
  • 2 teaspoons paprika Hungarian
  • 1 teaspoon sage ground
  • 1 teaspoon thyme dried
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • ½ teaspoon oregano dried
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper ground
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • In a shallow bowl, combine parsley, paprika, sage, thyme, mustard, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix well. Dredge pork chops into spice mixture, coating both sides.
  • Add oil to a large dutch oven and heat over medium high. Once oil is hot, add pork chops, searing on each side, about 2-3 minutes each side. Remove from heat and pour in chicken broth.
  • Cover and place in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature measures 145 degrees F.
