Remember that time that I said I wish I could go on a girl's getaway weekend at a spa?
Well, it kind of happened...
While my friends and I were relaxing and enjoying ourselves at the Omni Internlocken Resort in Denver in June, we were invited to visit the Mokara Spa Denver for a little pampering and girl time!
We had quite a few options to choose from at the Mokara Spa Denver:
- Mokara Signature Massage, Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Massage...and many more!
- Sea Salt Scrub, Ultimate Moisture Wrap, Slimming & Detoxifying Seaweed Wrap...and quite a few other options!
- Many facials including the Mokara Signature Facial...
- Mokara Signature Manicure and Pedicures, among other salon services...
Before we began our treatments, we were whisked away to a relaxation room - complete with dim lighting, comfortable seating and champagne!
The Mokara Spa Denver is nestled on the ground floor of the Omni Interlocken Resort and you'd never know you were in the middle of a bustling resort once you walk inside - it is so quiet and serene!
I would have been quite happy just to stay in the relaxation room for a while and enjoy my champagne, but I wasn't there for 10 minutes before a Mokara Spa employee came to get me for my manicure and pedicure.
Luckily, I was able to bring my champagne with me...
My manicurist was incredibly sweet and made me feel so at home. She even offered to bring the champagne flute to my lips so that I could take a sip while my nails were being done, isn't that incredible?
While I had my nails done, my friend Deb from Just Short of Crazy got a signature pedicure and we were able to chat and talk about our trip!
I'm not going to lie...I was a little jealous of her fabulous pedicure! I kept eyeing my pedicure station because I knew that I was heading there next!
I walked out of the Mokara Spa Denver feeling like a million bucks - after spending a week in the dry climate of Colorado, I definitely needed it!
The staff at Mokara Spa at the Omni Interlocken Resort certainly know how to pamper their guests. After leaving the spa, we all felt like new women!
