I'm always on the lookout for unique gifts for family and friends, especially people who appreciate a gift that's something a little different from standard tools, ties, or gadgets.
The LemonPeppoArt Etsy store caught my eye because there's just so much movement and color in the pieces. It's run by Laura Tveras, and you can tell how much she loves what she does. I'm no sewing whiz, but I can see that everything on her site is hand-stitched, which I really enjoy because it gives her pieces a unique quality.
Every piece is hand-made, which makes them instantly unique and collectible, and that's something that adds so much heart to any gift if you ask me.

While many of us look at fabric and think, "That's nice," or, "That would make a great shirt," Laura looks at fabrics and sees nothing but possibility. That shows clearly in her artwork.
