This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of POM and Millennial Blogs. All opinions are 100% mine.

Everyone who knows me knows that I'm crazy, but totally in a good way! I love to have fun and I embrace adventure whenever the opportunity presents itself. I've been known to jump into a kayak and venture out into the ocean, rappel down a 165 foot waterfall, and zip lines? I like to go out on a limb, figuratively and literally speaking, and make the most of every day.

This generally causes a wide array of reactions from teenage eyerolls to smirks from my spouse and sometimes full on laughter from family members. I often hear, "You are CRAZY!!" when I share photos from a recent adventure. But you know what? That's okay. I think that a zest for life makes adapting to change and enjoying this whirlwind of a life easier.

Have you ever heard the saying, "Don't take life too seriously, you'll never get out alive?" That's one of my favorite mottos and I put it into action whenever I can!

This time of year people are setting goals and making resolutions for themselves, and these goals are usually health related. I figure why not apply my craziness to getting healthy? Watching what I drink is a good way to feel better by making healthier choices. POM Wonderful has a variety of drinks that help me steer clear of unhealthy junk like soda, while avoiding the boredom that glass after glass of water bring. They're also packed full of nutrients, which help keep me healthy and feeling well enough to stay my usual productive, crazy self.

    POM Wonderful #CrazyHealthy

POM Wonderful juice blends like Hula or Coconut, super teas made with sweet flavors like peach and lemonade, and even a bottle of pure pomegranate juice keeps me feeling my best, crazy self. With as much as I travel, feeling GOOD is crazy important.

How could I take crazy selfies on the beach in a tropical island if I feel like dog poo?

If you haven't tried POM Wonderful yet, you're missing out! Find POM Wonderful drinks in stores near you by using this handy Where to Buy locator.

While those drinks are fantastic on their own, I did a little searching on the POM Wonderful site and they have an amazing recipes section that includes everything from duck breast to sorbet. I was mostly interested in the drinks today and I found a few that I'd really like to try! I love smoothies and this POM Passion Smoothie sounded so good that I had to try it for myself!

Pomegranate Strawberry Passion Smoothie Recipe #CrazyHealthy

This is based off of the POM Passion Smoothie recipe on the POM Wonderful website, but I made a little adjustment to suit my tastes...I make smoothies almost every day and I have a system for making them as rich as possible - I freeze the fruit instead of using ice!

Pomegranate Strawberry Passion Smoothie Recipe #CrazyHealthy

2 oz. POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice or POM Hula
    6 oz. non-fat yogurt
    1 cup frozen strawberries

I did not know they also had super teas! I've only seen the 'juice.' I need to try some of it. I love pomegranates and usually just blend up the seed fruit in my smoothies, but this sounds much easier!

Do you know that until recently when I watched a video I had no idea that the part of the pomegranate you eat are the seeds? /facepalm

POM is my husband's favorite drink to take to work. It's not in the same section as the other juices (it's in produce at our store) so I forget to get it so many times. When I do remember it makes it even better. 🙂
