Golden Hour Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 part Basil Hayden® Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- ¾ part Lillet® Blanc
- ¾ part Aperol® Aperitif
- Grapefruit peel
Instructions:
Combine ingredients over ice in a mixing glass and stir it up real good.
Strain it into a chilled cocktail glass over a large ice cube and then garnish your cocktail with an grapefruit peel.
Fool's Gold
Ingredients:
- 2 parts Basil Hayden® Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- ¾ part fresh lemon juice
- ½ part limoncello
- ½ part simple syrup
- Lemon wheel
- Fresh sage
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake it up vigorously.
Strain your cocktail into a rocks glass, and make sure to garnish it with a lemon wheel and fresh sage.
Bourbon Punch
Ingredients
- 1 750mL bottle Basil Hayden® Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- 1 cup sweet vermouth
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup orange liqueur
- 20 dashes Angostura® bitters
- 1 cup tart cherry juice
- 2 cups soda water
- 2 oranges, sliced into wheels
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Ice
Instructions:
Combine sweet vermouth, Angostura® bitters, sugar and ground cinnamon in a pitcher or punch bowl and stir it until all of the sugar is dissolved. Add the rest of the ingredients (except soda) and stir to combine.
Top it off with the soda water just before serving.

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ parts Basil Hayden Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- 1 part lemon juice
- ½ part simple syrup
- 2 parts club soda
- Maraschino cherry
- Orange slice
Instructions:
Pour the bourbon, lemon juice and syrup into a highball glass filled with ice cubes and stir thoroughly. Top it off with club soda.
Garnish with a cherry and orange slice.
Bourbon Bramble
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ parts Basil Hayden Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- ¾ part fresh lemon juice
- ½ part blackberry liqueur
- 4 blackberries
- 5 fresh basil leaves
Instructions:
Combine basil and blackberries in a cocktail shaker and gently muddle.
Add rest of cocktail ingredients to shaker with ice, and then shake it well.
Strain into a glass over fresh ice and make sure to garnish your Christmas Bourbon Cocktail with a basil leaf and fresh blackberries!
Whiskey Sour
Ingredients:
- 2 parts Basil Hayden® Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- ¾ part simple syrup
- ¾ part lemon juice
- Amarena or Luxardo cherry
Instructions:
Shake Basil Hayden Bourbon, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice and strain into a glass.
Garnish with a slice of lemon, top with the cherry and serve.
