Hi folks! I’m a self-proclaimed nomad who calls the Great Smoky Mountains home for most of the year. I’m Greek by heritage and have spent the majority of my thirty-some years traveling the globe. Whether it’s hiking Table Mountain in South Africa or drinking liters at the Hofbräuhaus in Munich, I love to explore new places. When I’m not seeking out new adventures abroad, I’m either hiking in Western North Carolina or drinking stouts and porters in any or our dozens of breweries.
