    What is my weight loss goal?

    I am currently weighing in at 139.8 (as of today, because I have been PMSing and craving bread the last few days...) My goal is to get back to 125 ASAP. I began my new diet and exercise regimen at 145 lbs in mid-March, when the quarantine began in Miami. I have been cutting the carbs back out, not drinking liquor, beer or wine, and doing 30-60 minutes of light cardio on my Gazelle Edge each morning while I watch the news. I have had this machine for 10 years and forgot I even had it, to be honest with you!

    If you know me very well, then you know that I have followed a low carbohydrate diet off and on for about 15 years. It has always worked for me, when I follow it correctly...but let's face it, I am 42. I have been doing low carb for YEARS. I miss bread. I miss pasta. Sure, I indulge in them once in a while, but I want to be able to eat the things I love whenever I want them - within moderation, of course! I mean a healthy serving size! I am excited about changing the way I eat, being able to incorporate healthy carbohydrates back into my diet and sleeping better. I am so excited to start sleeping better.
