    Gifting one to loved ones is now an established tradition around the world, and every year people try to surprise friends and relatives by seeking unusual flavors and fillings as well as an especially high quality of ingredients and production.

    So why not to rely on Italian mastery in the art of confectionery, capable of combining traditional sweets with modern trends and pure innovation, by choosing, for example, a Venchi chocolate egg? This brand, in fact, has always made the creation of genuine, tasty and natural sweets its focus.

    Due to the enduring and widespread nature of this tradition, it is possible to find oneself with more Easter eggs at home than can be consumed during this special period. What then to do with this chocolate?

    Easter eggs can be used to make an excellent plumcake, perfect for a yummy breakfast.

    To prepare it you need 150 grams of chocolate, 3 eggs, 10 grams of baking powder, 160 grams of sugar and 250 grams of 00 flour.

    You must first beat the eggs and sugar using an electric whisk and then add sifted flour and baking powder when the mixture is light and fluffy. It is then necessary to melt the chocolate and let it cool.

    At this point you can butter and flour a 25-cm mold and pour in the mixture, then add the melted chocolate to variegate. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about half an hour.

    Pancakes

    Easter eggs can also be used to make tasty pancakes.
    To make 6 of them, you need 100 grams of 00 flour, an egg, 125 ml of milk, 4 grams of baking powder, a tablespoon of seed oil and a tablespoon full of finely chopped chocolate.

    Then, you have to beat the egg with electric whips, together with the oil, and add the sugar and sifted flour together with the baking powder a little at a time.

    Finally, the Easter egg flakes should be added. After melting the butter in the pan, it is possible to cook the pancakes, using one ladleful of mixture at a time. You can garnish the pancakes with melted egg chocolate and berries.

    Muffins

    Another idea for using Easter eggs are chocolate heart muffins.
    You need two eggs, 50 ml of sunflower oil, 200 grams of 00 flour, 8 grams of baking powder, 50 ml of milk, 125 grams of yogurt and the chocolate pieces.

    As a first step, you need to mix the eggs, sugar, milk, oil and yogurt with an electric beater. While continuing to mix, you need to add the flour and baking powder sifted together. You have to put some of the mixture into the muffin pan or ramekin, then the chocolate piece, and then fill with more mixture.

    Baking is done in the oven at 180 degrees, for about 25 to 30 minutes. The muffins are ready when they double in volume and split at the top, but it is always preferable to do the toothpick test, to check for moisture.
