    Additionally, they can now go out and play, which is very scary for parents because who knows when viruses are active? That is why parents are cautious about the nutritious foods their children consume; in addition to all the vitamins child intake, it is also beneficial if they eat nutritious and healthy foods.

    Apples are rich in vitamin C, fiber, and various antioxidants. If you are asking how to keep sliced apples from turning brown, there are several ways of keeping an apple without turning brown; soak it in water with a pinch of salt before packing it in a lunch box.
