3 Reasons Handmade Soap is better

Published: Mar 5, 2023 · Modified: Mar 18, 2023 by Jennifer · This post may contain affiliate links · Leave a Comment

When you are traveling across the world, the one thing you always want is to be fresh and clean.  You never know where you will end up on your daily travels, so you need to be prepared for all things. Freshness matters all the time. You want this freshness because a lot of people have committed to daily cleaning rituals when it comes to skin care and personal hygiene. They prefer not to buy just any kind of products. Store-bought products are made by mass production and produced in factories, which you can read all about at scnews1.com. Even though there is a sterile assembly line that processes these factory-made soaps, it does not invoke the same quality and uniqueness of homemade soap.

There are 3 reasons why handmade soap is better than store bought soap:

    1) Handmade soap is moisturizing to your skin

    2) Handmade soap contains far better ingredients

    3) Handmade soaps are unique

There are toxic ingredients that can be found in some of the store-bought brands that are out there. You do have those that opt to make there own soap with all natural ingredients right at home. You may have most, if not all, the ingredients at home already right inside your kitchen cabinets or even your refrigerators.  It could be ingredients like:

    • milk
    • honey
    •  coconut oil
    • olive oil

When you are using these all natural ingredients, you want to make sure that the coconut oils and the olive oils are one hundred percent pure. It is even better if the product is organic. You can also use essential oils like a lavender scent or other scents because, let's face it, some store-bought products that we are using on our bodies and on our face can cause rashes and skin irritations. Paying attention to the ingredients in these products that we purchase has become something most of us take very seriously. There are so many other options available such as the natural soaps or soaps for sensitive skin.

    Homemade Soap

All-natural products can work amazingly well too. Some of the brands out there people swear by and sometimes those products that you love are just not available to you. It may happen often, especially while you are traveling. So what better alternative is there than to make your own. Keep in mind that the reason why fresh ingredients happen to work better is that homemade hand soap contains a natural by-product which is called glycerin. This is a natural process when it comes to making homemade hand soap and this is one of the main reasons why homemade hand soap is really good for your skin. It is not loaded with perfumes and detergents which are the primary causes of stripping your skin of all the natural oils which can leave your skin dry and irritated. So while you are traveling the world like a rebel chick, you want to be sure to have all of your skin care products and supplies with you. You want to be smelling good at all times and have all these things ready for use because traveling the world unprepared can be a pretty scary experience.

Empowering Yourself for Better Skin Care

It is important that if you or someone you know suffers from any source of skin irritation due to bad soaps, there are other types of really great soaps that are available to just about anyone. The supplies are almost endless and if the products are not what you are looking for, the best can be made right at home. When we deal with the sun, dry winds, and bitter cold weather, we need to be prepared to fight back with wonderful products that nourish our skin and give us that glow.
