Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Asparagus bunch of fresh
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • teaspoon salt and pepper
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or tin foil.
  • Wash the asparagus and trim the white ends off (you'll want to remove about an inch).
  • Lay flat on the lined cookie sheet, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with Parmesan.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
