Ingredients

  • fudge coated round cookies such as fudge striped cookies
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
  • hershey kisses
  • lavender orange and vibrant green candy melts

Instructions

  • Place cookies, fudge side up onto a cutting board or baking sheet coated with wax paper.
  • Place chocolate chips into a resealable sandwich bag but do not seal. Microwave on 50% power for 60 seconds. Knead bag until smooth, returning to microwave in 30 second increments at 50% power if necessary to completely melt the chocolate. Seal the bag and snip the tip.
  • Pipe chocolate onto the bottom of the candy kiss and press onto the center of the cookie to create a witch hat. Let stand to harden and set.
  • Add a small amount of lavender candy melts to a resealable sandwich bag but do not seal. Microwave on 50% power for 60 seconds. Knead bag until candy is smooth, returning to microwave in 15 second increments at 50% power if necessary to completely melt the candy. Seal the bag and snip the tip. Pipe lavender candy around the hat to create a ribbon. Let stand to harden. If desired, repeat, making an orange ribbon around the hat.
  • Add a small amount of vibrant green candy melts to a resealable sandwich bag but do not seal. Microwave on 50% power for 60 seconds. Knead bag until candy is smooth, returning to microwave in 15 second increments at 50% power if necessary to completely melt the candy. Seal the bag and snip the tip. Pipe green "buckles" on each witch hat and allow to stand to set up.
  • Serve once melted candy and chocolate is set or cover and store at room temperature until ready to serve.
