If you love a good charcuterie board, our pickle charcuterie board is unique in that we used lots and lots of pickled veggies!

- 1 15 oz sliced pickled beets drained
- sweet gherkin pickles
- petite dill pickles
- hamburger dill chips
- pitted kalamata olives drained
- spanish green olives drained
- 1 16 oz pickled crunchy vegetables such as Italian Mix Giardiniera
- 1 12 oz quartered and marinated artichoke hearts
Begin by selecting a platter or board for your charcuterie. Select a few small ramekins and bowls for your olives and pickles.
Beginning with the bowls, place them onto the platter and add the ingredients into them.
Continue working by adding the largest to smallest items and placing a few on the platter in a single layer.
Once all items are placed on the platter, add a second and third layer to fill the platter.
