Spring Charcuterie Board

This Spring Charcuterie Board is the best breakfast charcuterie board for Easter Brunch or easy appetizers for Easter Dinner!

Ingredients

  • 1 jar 12 oz marinated artichoke hearts
  • white cheddar cheese cubes
  • cherry tomatoes
  • fresh cauliflower chopped
  • baby carrots
  • fresh broccoli chopped
  • kiwi peeled and sliced
  • fresh blueberries
  • 1 4oz honey goat cheese small package
  • crackers
  • crusty bread
  • chocolate candy eggs

Instructions

  • Begin by selecting a platter or board for your charcuterie. Select a few small ramekins for your chocolate eggs and artichoke hearts. Add a shallow bowl for your soft goat cheese.
  • Beginning with the bowls, place them onto the platter and add the ingredients into them.
  • Continue working by adding the largest to smallest items and placing a few on the platter in a single layer.
  • Once all of the items are placed on the platter, add a second and third layer to fill in all of the spaces in the charcuterie board platter.
  • Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
