Peach Tarts

Ingredients

  • 3 peaches
  • 1 roll of puff pastry
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup if you are wanting extra fancy you can use caramel sauce

Instructions

  • Roll out puff pastry and cut into 3x3 inch pieces
  • Slice peaches and place slices on the pastry
  • Drizzle honey or maple syrup on the peaches
  • Place on a parchment lined tray and bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes or until just golden brown
