Easy Easter Lemon Trifles Dessert Recipe


  • 1 loaf 11 oz, angel food cake
  • 1 small package 3.4 oz, instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 jar 10 oz, lemon curd
  • whipped topping


  1. Place pudding and milk into a mixing bowl and whisk for 2 minutes or until smooth.
  2. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
  3. Use a bread knife to cut angel food cake loaf into 12 slices. Cut each slice into small, 1/2" cubes.
  4. Place 2 slices of cubed cake into the bottom of a mini trifle bowl.
  5. Top with one large dollop of pudding and a dollop of lemon curd.
  6. Add whipped topping before serving. Repeat in 5 remaining trifle bowls.
