- 1 bunch Asparagus bunch of fresh
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ⅛ teaspoon salt and pepper
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or tin foil.
Wash the asparagus and trim the white ends off (you'll want to remove about an inch).
Lay flat on the lined cookie sheet, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
