Slow Cooker Traditional Pork Roast

Ingredients

  • 1 Smithfield Pork Boneless Shoulder Roast
  • 10 large carrots peeled and sliced into 1 inch chunks
  • 5 large russet potatoes cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 large white onion sliced
  • seasoning of your choice I choose a jerky rub

Instructions

  1. Cut onion, potatoes and carrots and place in the bottom of a LARGE slow cooker.
  2. Place Smithfield Boneless Shoulder Roast on top and top with seasonings of your choice.
  3. Pour two cups of water over the roast and cover with lid, cook on low for 8 hours.
