Ultimate Chicken Casserole
Ultimate Chicken Casserole is an easy chicken dinner. Chunks of chicken, mixed vegetables, rice, and a creamy sauce all in a one pot dinner!

- 2 cups instant white rice
- 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
- 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup mixed vegetables kept frozen
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1-½ lbs chicken breast cut into 1" cubes
- ½ cup butter 1 stick, butter, sliced
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and grease a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Add rice, soups, vegetables and broth to the pan and mix well. Stir in chicken. Top with butter slices.
Bake, uncovered, for 60 minutes or until edges are browned and rice is tender.
