    1. Sometimes bottled water is just tap water, bottled and sold!
    2. The cost of purchasing bottled water all the tile will quickly add up.

That’s why so many people turn to companies like Filtap to purchase good quality water filters.

For your home, you ought to invest in a water filtering system. To consume pure, healthy, and clean water at home, you must have a water filter. Water Levels Per Day

There are several different theories behind water consumption but the general consensus is that you should consume between 6 and 8 glasses a day. It can be easily remembered by using the 8x8 rule. This is 8 glasses of water a day; each glass should be 8 ounces of water.

In metric terms this is equivalent to approximately 2 liters of water a day. However, experts recommend that men drink 2.5 liters a day.

    Factors To Consider

Water is essential when you exercise; it hydrates your cells, flushes toxins out and encourages your body to work at maximum performance levels. If you’re exercising you should be drinking water before, during and after. This is in addition to the 8 glasses of water a day.

It I also worth noting that if you are largely sedentary and live in a mild climate you may need a little less than 8 glasses a day.

8 glasses is a guideline but it will depend on where you live and your current level of fitness.

    Consuming Water

A well as being aware of the water quality of the water you’re consuming it is important to remember that you don’t just need to drink water!

Milk, sugar-free drinks and even those cups of tea and coffee are all part of your water intake. But, you will need to remember that caffeinated drinks are likely to make you need to urinate more frequently. This means you’ll need to replace this liquid faster!

Food also contains water, especially soup, fruit and vegetables.

    Dehydration

It can therefore be difficult to know how much water you’re consuming and whether you need to increase it or not.
