Ingredients

  • 6 hawaiian rolls or slider buns
  • 4-6 strips of bacon cooked
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 slices American cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350. Slice hawaiian rolls in half (if not already) and place the bottom of the buns into a small casserole dish. Top each bun with half a slice of American cheese. I cut the cheese in quarters and place 2 pieces on each bottom bun.
  • Slice bacon into smaller pieces. I sliced mine into thirds so they fit onto the buns better. Place two slices of bacon onto each bun.
  • In a small skillet, whisk together eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until cooked, but not completely cooked. You want the eggs to hold together slightly but not be too runny. Spread eggs evenly on top of bacon. Place tops of buns on sliders.
  • Use a pastry brush to spread melted butter on the top of the buns and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until hot. Serve immediately.
  • Makes 6 sliders.
