Ingredients

  • 1 graham cracker pie crust 9 inch crust
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk A 14 oz can
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 8 oz whipped topping thawed
  • 1 lemon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  • Beat egg yolks with a mixer. Add sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice and beat well. Pour into prepared pie crust.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until center is set and crust is golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool completely before refrigerating for 3 hours.
  • Top with whipped topping, lemon zest and slices of lemon if desired.
  • Store leftover pie covered and in the refrigerator.
