- 1 graham cracker pie crust 9 inch crust
- 3 egg yolks
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk A 14 oz can
- ½ cup lemon juice
- 8 oz whipped topping thawed
- 1 lemon
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Beat egg yolks with a mixer. Add sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice and beat well. Pour into prepared pie crust.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until center is set and crust is golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool completely before refrigerating for 3 hours.
Top with whipped topping, lemon zest and slices of lemon if desired.
Store leftover pie covered and in the refrigerator.
