Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast sliced
  • 16 oz stir fry vegetables 16 oz package frozen stir fry vegetables
  • cup teryiaki sauce
  • 10 oz lo mein noodles 10 oz package, cooked

Instructions

  • In a skillet, add the oil and chicken breast and cook on medium heat, browning on both sides.
  • Next, season it with salt and pepper.
  • Then, add the bag of frozen stir fry vegetables and cook, covered for 5-7 minutes.
  • Finally, add the teriyaki sauce and the pasta and cook for 2 minutes or until heated through.
