Place pudding and milk into a mixing bowl and whisk for 2 minutes or until smooth.
Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
Use a bread knife to cut angel food cake loaf into 12 slices. Cut each slice into small, ½" cubes.
Place 2 slices of cubed cake into the bottom of a mini trifle bowl.
Top with one large dollop of pudding and a dollop of lemon curd.
Add whipped topping before serving. Repeat in 5 remaining trifle bowls.
