Valentine's Day Cookie Pizza Recipe
This Valentine's Day Cookie Pizza Recipe is a nice combination of chocolate and candy, and is such a fun twist on giant chocolate chip cookies
Servings 12 servings
Ingredients
- 1 roll refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
- 1-½ cups mini marshmallows
- Red White and Pink colored Sixlets
- Valentine Sprinkles
- ½ cup hot fudge
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 12" pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Press cookie dough into pan and bake for 12-15 minutes or until light golden brown.
- Sprinkle marshmallows on top and return to oven for 2-3 minutes or until puffy.
- Remove from oven and add candies.
- Heat hot fudge topping for 30 seconds in microwave. Stir until smooth and drizzle onto top of pizza.
- Sprinkle with valentine sprinkles.
- Cool and slice into small wedges and serve.
