Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken any type!
  • 1 4.5 ounce can Old El Paso diced green chilis
  • 1 15 ounce cans Goya Red Kidney Beans
  • 1 15 ounce can Goya Black Beans
  • 1 15 ounce can Muir Glen Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 15 ounce can Muir Glen Tomato Sauce
  • 1 package Carrol Shelby's White Chicken Chili Kit
  • 1 large yellow onion sliced (optional)
  • Sharp Cheddar Cheese and Sour Cream for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Using a large slow cooker, turn the heat to low and add in your chicken, sliced onion, diced green chiles (do not drain), the tomato sauce and diced tomatoes (do not drain).
  • Drain and rinse the red kidney beans and black beans, and add to the slow cooker. Mix the seasoning packet with one can of water and pour over top of the contents. Cook on low for eight hours.
  • Once done, shred the chicken and stir so that it spreads throughout the chili!
  • Garnish with cheddar cheese and a dollop of sour cream, if desired.
