Slow Cooker Chicken Thighs with Potatoes and Carrots Recipe

Instructions

  • Place chicken thighs into a slow cooker and season with salt and pepper. Place potatoes and carrots on top of chicken and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, add chicken broth, wine, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper and mix well. Pour over chicken thighs.
  • Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
