½teaspoonchili powderany variation is great here - adobo, chipotle, etc
½cupchopped fresh cilantro
¼cupminced fresh green onions
Instructions
In a large skillet, add olive oil and heat over medium/high heat. Add onion, jalapeno, garlic, and red pepper; saute for 3-4 minutes or until becoming tender.
Add lime juice; saute 1 minute.
Add beans to skillet, stir to combine, and saute 2 minutes.
Add chili powder, dash of salt, cilantro, and green onions; stir and saute 1 more minute. Serve immediately.
